A new state-of- the-art 1600 sq.m library. Reinforced concrete structure over three floors, with a highly specialised curtain wall on two sides, and a large frameless latern light over the main foyer.

A 10,000 sq/ft events facility to supplement the City Hall built in the courtyard of the existing City Hall complex. An award winning architectural design incorporating many architectural features, including finished concrete, structural glass roof & walls and hi-spec bespoke joinery (by our own workshop). The project also included dressing rooms, toilets, stores and reception.

Construction of 10,000 sq/ft extension to the existing City Museum. The modern design incorporates many architectural features including rain screen cladding & curtain walling.

Refurbishment of existing railway building including removal of roof, repair brick & stonework

Construction of 10 social housing apartments & offices for Sophia Housing, VEC Creche, an adult eduction centre and Student Services for Saint John's College at Douglas Street,Cork

A 600 sq. m single storey Library building with a number of feature elements i.e. Copper roof, glu-lam beams & columns, exposed concrete, teak pergola and breise soliel.
