The regeneration scheme that O'Sheas Builders have been involved in for the past 4 years is almost complete. The project entailed the major re-development of local authority estate including - NewCommunity Centre, 24 sheltered Apartments, HSE Office, Credit Union, Medical Practice and underground parking; the renovation both inside and outside of 72 Houses; Construction of 36 new Housing units; and new services, roads, footpaths, gardens and walls throughout the estate. This community has been most supportive of this project from the beginning and are eager to see the finished projuct and enjoy the benefits of the renewd estate they live in. O'Sheas are excited to be involved in this project as it is bringing a whole new feeling of energy and enthusiasm to the North side of the city. We look forward to handing over the final product to Cork City Council and letting the community settle into theirexciting newenvironment and enjoy all the facilities & services that the council have invested in their future.
