OVERVIEW

A unique and highly-innovative project, Cobh’s new Garda Station was constructed within a former railway building – with the main elevation designed to resemble an ocean liner when viewed from the harbour. Project included;

• Removal of roof, repair and repointing of brick and stonework
• Construction of basement car park plus two new levels over the basement
• Full interior fit-out, including cells & offices
• External curtain wall glazing, limestone cladding and rooftop garden
