OVERVIEW

This project consists of the demolition of existing buildings on an inner-city site .Construction of 6 storey RC frame on a piled raft foundation. This was a shell and core project providing a total floor area of 20,000sq ft.

External finishes included curtain wall glazing , limestone cladding and copper and zinc cladding.
