OVERVIEW

This is a mulita-purpose facility built on a very tight brown field site there were four elements in the project.

• Construction of 10 social housing apartments & offices for Sophia Housing,
• A Crèche.
• Adult Education and Student Services Centre for nearby  Saint John's College.
• Major renovation and restoration of the former Douglas St Post Office
